Up through the clouds into the town of Laguiole and a visit to the world famous Laguiole Knife Factory for a guided tour. The knives are still made by hand and shipped all over the world. Following that it was into the town for lunch and then to the AOP Cheese factory where all the local farmers sell their milk to make the Laguiole Cheese.
